Research
Currently a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow (ER) in the European Virtual Anthropology Network, EVAN (EU FP6 Marie Curie Action MRTN-CT-2005-019564). My PhD in Computer Science is from Laval University, Canada where I carried out research into agent based modelling.
The project i am currently working on involves the design and implementation of an open source toolkit for geometric morphometrics. It will facilitate studies of 3D datasets and provide high quality, flexible tools for data acquisition, handling, analysis and visualisation. It is designed to have wide appllication in anthropology, biology and medicine and to readily allow future development by the user community.
